Hans Kelsen, 11.10.1881-19.4.1973, østrigsk-amerikansk jurist og retsfilosof. Hans Kelsen var professor i Wien, Köln og Genève, men emigrerede i 1940 til USA, hvor han 1942-52 var professor ved University of California i Berkeley.
